Which service fits your situation

Both service lines are fixed-scope engagements that start with a call to confirm fit. The difference is the problem each solves: one governs agents you operate, the other assesses vendors you depend on.

What qualified buyers ask before engaging

These are the questions that come up most often when a prospect is comparing services or deciding which engagement to start with.

What is the difference between Agentic Services and the Sovereign AI Risk Audit?

Agentic Services governs AI agents you operate: their authority model, blast-radius, controls, and production hardening. The Sovereign AI Risk Audit assesses the vendors you depend on: their contracts, SLA coverage, data terms, and exit paths. You might need one, the other, or both. If your agents are deployed on platforms whose contracts you haven’t formally reviewed, both apply.

Do all engagements start with a discovery call?

For the Agentic Services and Sovereign AI Risk Audit engagements: yes. Every tier starts with a 30-minute scoping call that confirms scope and final price — no work begins until both parties agree in writing. The exception is the AI Code Production Hardening audit at $499, which is fixed-scope and can be started today without a call.

Can I start with a lower tier and upgrade later?

For Agentic Services: yes. The Starter Audit produces a risk register that becomes the direct input to a Fleet Pilot if you decide to proceed with implementation. Most buyers who start with a Starter Audit proceed to Fleet Pilot within four to six weeks. For the Sovereign AI Risk Audit: yes. The Single Vendor Audit scopes and de-risks a subsequent Full Stack engagement if your vendor exposure is wider than one relationship.

Are the prices fixed or do they change after the discovery call?

The ranges on this page reflect where most engagements land. Final price is agreed on the discovery call before any work starts. If your scope is narrower, the price adjusts down. If it is more complex, that gets surfaced and discussed — no surprises after the fact. If the quote on the call does not fit your budget, say so: we will scope accordingly or recommend a lower tier.

What do I receive at the end of an engagement?

For Agentic Services: a risk register, authority model map, and (from Fleet Pilot tier) working controls and a reusable governance worksheet. For Sovereign AI Risk Audit: a ranked risk register with remediation options, and (from Full Stack tier) renegotiation briefing notes and an executive posture summary. All deliverables are yours to own. No ongoing retainer is required to keep using them.

Do you work with regulated industries or compliance-sensitive environments?

Yes. Governance policy documentation for compliance review is included in the Full Deployment tier for Agentic Services, and regulatory and Privacy Act framing is included in the Enterprise tier for the Sovereign AI Risk Audit. If your compliance context is more specific than this, describe it in the inquiry form and we will confirm coverage on the scoping call.

We are not sure what we need. Where do we start?

Put your situation in the inquiry form below. The scoping call is the right place to untangle it — it is specifically designed to map your agents, vendors, and risk concerns to the right service before any commitment is made. If neither service applies, we will tell you that too.
